I rarely write review unless a product is particularly good or bad. For me this was a good one. My hearing has declined both in terms of volume and clarity of speech. I bought one of these in hopes that it would help me with TV news and movies. It was great for that purpose, so I ordered another one for backup and in case I wanted one for each ear.

I have moderate hearing loss in both ears. Please keep in mind that my review is based on my own experience and yours may be quite different but I'm so glad I tried this before shelling out thousands of dollars for something that really didn't seem to help much.

I run an adult foster care home and purchase this for one of my residents that has hearing loss and cant afford a hearing aid. Let me tell you when this showed up and I handed it to him he was in tears and gave me a great big hug.He opened it up and was like a kid on Christmas morning, he was impressed by the hard case it came in so the amplifier dont get damaged when not in use. It took him a day or so to get use to the modes and volume controls but now that he has he loves it!He has used other amplifiers before and they whistle when the wind hits them or they start to fall out of his ear and this one doesn't do it at all. He puts it in in the morning and doesn't have to adjust it for the rest of the day.

I have spent thousands of dollars on hearing aids and have used small inner canal ear hearing aids for years. Well, my left inner canal hearing aid recently broke and I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars getting it repaired. I tried the MORE GLORY hearing aid which is my first time wearing a behind the ear hearing aid, and I tell you it works wonderfully for my moderate to severe hearing loss! Practically, better than any hearing aid I have worn so far! I'm thinking of purchasing another one as a back up.
